Child Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

miine is an adults-only platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 years and older. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the service. If we become aware that an account belongs to a minor, we may suspend or permanently remove the account.

Users can report profiles from the report & block button by going to the profile they believe violate our safety standards including child safety. Reports are reviewed and investigated by our team, and appropriate action may be taken, including content removal, warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.

miine has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, trafficking, or any activity that endangers minors. Users on miine are not allowed to exploit, harm, groom, solicit, or engage in inappropriate conduct involving children. Any content, communication, or behavior that promotes, depicts, facilitates, or relates to child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited.

We understand that members might want to talk about and share images of children with their connections, such as sharing family anecdotes or photos. These interactions must always remain respectful, appropriate, and compliant with law. Photos of children are not authorized on user profiles unless their faces are completely covered with cloths, and they cannot appear alone in the image. This even includes any photos from your childhood.

If miine becomes aware of suspected Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or child exploitation, we may immediately remove the content, suspend or terminate the associated account, preserve relevant information as required by law, and report confirmed violations to National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and/or the relevant local law enforcement agencies.
