Terms of Use

Welcome to miine. These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the miine mobile application, website, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by miine ("miine", "we", "us", or "our"). miine is a social and matchmaking platform that allows users to create profiles, discover other users, communicate, and use features designed to help people connect. The Services may be available through Android, iOS, web, or any other platforms we may provide now or in the future.

By accessing, downloading, installing, creating an account, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. This Agreement applies to all users of the Services, whether you are simply browsing the platform or have created an account. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and miine regarding your use of the platform. Your continued use of the Services confirms that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional policies referenced within this Agreement.

This Agreement also includes and incorporates by reference our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules, policies, or conditions that may apply to specific features of the Services. Some features of the platform may require you to agree to additional terms before you can use them. Those additional terms will become part of this Agreement unless stated otherwise.

We may update, modify, or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, or business practices. When we make changes, the updated Terms will be posted within the app or on our website with a revised date. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms are posted means that you accept the changes. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms or uses the platform in a way that may harm other users, the platform, or our business operations. We may also take any legal action permitted under applicable law if necessary.

Please read these Terms carefully and keep a copy for your records before using the Services.

1. INTRODUCTION / COMPANY / DEFINITIONS

The Services provided under the name miine are operated by the owner of the miine platform ("miine", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The term "Services" refers to the miine mobile application, website, and any related features, content, functionality, or communication tools offered through the platform, including but not limited to profile creation, matching, messaging, recommendations, subscriptions, and any additional services that may be introduced from time to time.

These Terms of Use ("Terms" or "Agreement") apply to every person who accesses or uses the Services, whether as a visitor, registered user, or subscriber. By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Services immediately.

For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

• User means any person who accesses, browses, installs, or uses the Services in any way, whether or not they create an account.
• Member means a User who has created an account on the platform.
• Platform refers to the miine application, website, servers, databases, and all related systems operated by us.
• Services means all features, functions, content, and tools provided through the Platform.
• Content means any text, photos, videos, audio, messages, profile information, graphics, or other material uploaded, shared, or displayed on the Services.
• User Content means any Content submitted by a User, including profile details, photos, messages, and other information.
• Our Content means all content, design, logos, software, and materials provided by miine through the Services.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that may apply to specific features, subscriptions, or purchases. These additional terms are considered part of this Agreement.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective when posted on the platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.

Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and miine. You are using the Services only as an independent user under this Agreement.

2. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Before creating an account or using the miine Services, you must ensure that you meet the eligibility requirements described in this section. By accessing, registering, or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the conditions below and agree to comply with these Terms at all times while using the Services.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You may use the Services only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required to enter a binding agreement in your country, whichever is higher;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using social, dating, or matchmaking platforms;
• You have not previously been banned, suspended, or removed from miine, unless we have given you explicit permission to create a new account;
• You will create only one account for personal use;
• You are not using the platform on behalf of another person, company, or organization without authorization;
• You have not been convicted of serious criminal offenses, including but not limited to violent crimes, sexual offenses, fraud, identity theft, or crimes involving harm to other persons;
• All information you provide during registration is true, accurate, and complete.

If at any time you no longer meet these requirements, you must immediately stop using the Services and delete your account.

2.2 Your Responsibilities as a User

When using the Services, you agree that you will:

• Follow these Terms of Use and any additional policies provided by miine;
• Follow all applicable local, national, and international laws;
• Provide accurate profile details, including age, gender, and other required information;
• Update your information if it changes so that your profile remains correct;
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
• Use a strong password and not share your account with anyone;
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission;
• Use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless explicitly allowed;
• Treat other users respectfully both on and off the platform;
• Use the platform only for genuine social or matchmaking purposes;
• Install updates to the app when required for security or functionality.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will NOT do any of the following while using the Services:

• Create fake profiles or impersonate another person;
• Use photos that are not of yourself or that you do not have permission to use;
• Provide false age, relationship status, gender, or identity information;
• Harass, threaten, insult, abuse, or stalk another user;
• Send unwanted messages repeatedly after someone asks you to stop;
• Attempt to scam, cheat, or obtain money, gifts, or personal information from other users;
• Use the platform for escort services, prostitution, or any illegal activity;
• Advertise, promote, or sell products or services without permission;
• Share phone numbers, email addresses, banking details, or other sensitive information for fraudulent purposes;
• Use automated bots, scripts, or third-party tools to access the platform;
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or damage the application or servers;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Services;
• Collect data of other users without permission;
• Create multiple accounts to bypass bans or restrictions;
• Pretend to be associated with miine without authorization;
• Use the platform to spread spam, chain messages, or misleading links;
• Encourage other users to violate these Terms.

2.4 Prohibited Content

You must not upload, post, send, or share any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or misleading;
• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or intended only for adult content;
• Promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment;
• Contains threats, abuse, or offensive language;
• Contains false, defamatory, or misleading statements;
• Includes personal data of another person without their consent;
• Promotes scams, gambling, drugs, or illegal services;
• Contains viruses, malware, or harmful code;
• Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
• Contains screenshots of private conversations without permission;
• Is unrelated to the intended purpose of the platform;
• May damage the reputation or safety of the platform or its users.

We reserve the right to remove any content at any time without notice if we believe it violates these Terms or may harm users or the Services.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your password or allow others to use your account. We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must inform us immediately.

2.6 Monitoring and Enforcement

We may monitor activity on the platform to ensure compliance with these Terms. This monitoring may be done manually or through automated systems. We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including removing content, restricting features, suspending accounts, or permanently terminating access to the Services at our sole discretion.

Serious violations may result in immediate account termination without warning.

3. CONTENT (YOUR CONTENT / MEMBER CONTENT / OUR CONTENT)

When using the miine Services, different types of content may be displayed, uploaded, or shared through the platform. For the purpose of these Terms, content includes text, photos, videos, audio, profile details, messages, graphics, links, and any other material made available through the Services. Content may be provided by you, by other users, or by miine.

This section explains the rights and responsibilities related to content on the platform.

3.1 Types of Content

While using the Services, you may encounter the following types of content:

• Your Content – content that you upload, post, send, or create on the platform;
• Member Content – content uploaded or shared by other users;
• Our Content – content provided by miine, including design, features, text, logos, and software.

By using the Services, you agree to follow the rules in this section for all types of content.

3.2 Your Content

You are solely responsible for any content that you upload, post, send, or display on the platform, including your profile information, photos, messages, and any other material you share.

You agree that:

• All information you provide must be true and accurate;
• Your photos must show you and must not belong to another person without permission;
• You will not upload content that violates any law or these Terms;
• You will not upload content that belongs to someone else without permission;
• You will not upload content that includes personal data of another person without consent;
• You will not include phone numbers, email addresses, bank details, or other sensitive information in public profile fields;
• You understand that your profile may be visible to other users of the platform;
• You understand that other users may view, like, or interact with your profile.

You keep ownership of Your Content, but by uploading it to the platform, you give miine permission to use it as needed to operate the Services.

This permission includes the right for miine to:

• Store your content on our servers;
• Display your profile to other users;
• Use your content for matching and recommendation features;
• Resize, format, or modify content for technical purposes;
• Use profile information to improve the platform;
• Show your profile to users based on filters or preferences;
• Remove or restrict content if needed for safety or policy reasons.

This permission is non-exclusive, worldwide, and free of charge, and it lasts as long as your content remains on the platform.

You understand that once content is shared, other users may see it, and miine cannot guarantee that other users will not copy or misuse content outside the platform.

3.3 Content Moderation

We may review, monitor, or remove content at any time to maintain safety and proper use of the Services.

Content review may be done:

• Automatically using software tools;
• Manually by our team;
• After receiving reports from other users.

We are not required to review all content before it appears on the platform, but we reserve the right to remove or restrict any content that:

• Violates these Terms;
• Is offensive or unsafe;
• May harm other users;
• May damage the platform;
• Breaks any law.

We may also limit visibility of content or suspend accounts if needed.

3.4 Member Content

Member Content means any content uploaded or shared by other users.

You understand that:

• We do not control everything users post;
• We do not guarantee that Member Content is true, safe, or accurate;
• Users may provide incorrect or misleading information;
• You interact with other users at your own risk.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy other users' photos or information;
• Share another user's content outside the platform;
• Use other users' content for commercial purposes;
• Harass or misuse other users' content.

miine is not responsible for the behavior or content of other users.

3.5 Our Content

All content provided by miine, including the app design, logos, text, graphics, software, layout, and features, belongs to us or to our licensors. Our Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are allowed to use Our Content only as part of using the Services.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, sell, or use any part of Our Content without prior written permission from miine.

3.6 Visibility of Content

Your profile and content may be visible to other users of the platform. Depending on the feature, your content may be shown:

• In match suggestions;
• In search results;
• In recommendations;
• In likes or profile views;
• In chat conversations.

We may use automated systems to decide which profiles are shown to others. We do not guarantee that your profile will be shown to any specific number of users.

3.7 Responsibility for Shared Information

You are responsible for any information you choose to share with other users, whether on the platform or outside it. If you decide to share personal contact information with another user, you do so at your own risk. miine is not responsible for any loss, harm, or dispute caused by information shared between users.

3.8 Removal of Content

We may remove, hide, or block any content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms or may harm users or the platform. We may also delete content when:

• An account is deleted;
• A user is banned;
• Required by law;
• Required for safety reasons;
• Required for technical reasons.

We are not required to keep any content for any specific time.

4. INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT, MISCONDUCT, AND REPORTING

miine is intended to provide a safe and respectful environment for users to connect. We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, illegal activity, or any behavior that makes the platform unsafe for others. This section explains how misconduct is handled and how users can report problems.

You agree that you will not engage in any behavior that may harm, threaten, or disturb other users. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sending abusive, offensive, or threatening messages;
• Repeatedly contacting someone after they have asked you to stop;
• Sharing explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate images;
• Attempting to scam, cheat, or financially exploit other users;
• Pretending to be another person;
• Using the platform for illegal activities;
• Posting hateful, violent, or discriminatory content;
• Pressuring another user to share personal or private information;
• Attempting to move conversations to other platforms for suspicious purposes.

If you see any behavior that violates these Terms, you should report it using the report or block feature available in the app, or by contacting support.

When a report is received, we may:

• Review the reported content;
• Investigate the account;
• Remove content;
• Restrict features;
• Suspend or permanently terminate the account.

We may use automated systems or manual review to detect violations. We are not required to notify the user before taking action.

miine is not responsible for the behavior of users outside the platform, but we may still take action if the behavior is related to the use of the Services.

5. PRIVACY

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you agree that we may collect and process your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This may include information such as profile details, photos, messages, device information, and usage data.

We use this information to:

• Provide the Services;
• Improve features and matching;
• Maintain safety;
• Detect misuse or fraud;
• Communicate with users;
• Comply with legal requirements.

You understand that your profile information may be visible to other users according to your settings and the features of the platform.

You should review the Privacy Policy carefully before using the Services.

6. RIGHTS GRANTED BY MIINE

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, miine grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Services.

This license allows you to:

• Create an account;
• Use the app for personal purposes;
• View profiles;
• Communicate with other users;
• Use features provided by the platform.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy or modify the application;
• Use the platform for commercial purposes;
• Sell or transfer your account;
• Access the platform using automated tools;
• Attempt to hack or interfere with the system;
• Use the Services in any way that violates these Terms.

All rights not granted to you remain the property of miine.

We may change, update, suspend, or stop any feature of the Services at any time without notice.

We may also limit access to the Services if needed for security, maintenance, legal reasons, or policy enforcement.

Your right to use the Services ends if your account is suspended, terminated, or deleted.

7. RIGHTS YOU GRANT MIINE

By creating an account, uploading content, or using the Services, you grant miine certain rights to use the content and information you provide in order to operate, maintain, and improve the platform.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but by posting, uploading, or sharing any content on the platform ("Your Content"), you grant miine a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and revocable license to host, store, use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, translate, display, and distribute Your Content, in whole or in part, in any format or medium now known or developed in the future, for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

This license allows miine to:

• Display your profile, photos, and information to other users;
• Show your profile in match suggestions, search results, or recommendations;
• Use your content for compatibility and discovery features;
• Format or resize images for technical reasons;
• Store content on our servers;
• Use automated systems to analyze profile information;
• Use content to improve safety, moderation, and user experience;
• Show your content as part of normal operation of the platform.

This license applies only for the purpose of operating the Services and does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

You understand that your content may be viewed by other users, and miine is not responsible for how other users use or share information outside the platform.

miine's license to Your Content is non-exclusive, except for derivative works created through the use of the Services. For example, the platform may create thumbnails, previews, summaries, or system-generated results based on your content, and miine may have the right to use those materials as part of the operation of the Services.

To help protect content within the platform, you authorize miine to take action against unauthorized use of content that appears to violate intellectual property rights. This may include removing content, restricting accounts, or responding to legal complaints when required by law.

This license is subject to applicable data protection and privacy laws. Personal information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

As part of using the Services, you agree that miine may display advertisements, sponsored content, or promotional material within the app or alongside user content. These advertisements may appear in feeds, profile suggestions, or other parts of the platform. The placement of ads does not mean that miine endorses the advertised product or service.

If you send feedback, suggestions, ideas, or comments about the Services, you agree that miine may use that feedback without restriction and without payment to you. This includes the right to use feedback to improve the platform, develop new features, or for business purposes.

You also agree that miine may access, store, and disclose information related to your account, including Your Content, if we believe it is reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with legal obligations;
• Respond to lawful requests from authorities;
• Enforce these Terms;
• Investigate possible violations;
• Protect the safety of users;
• Prevent fraud or misuse;
• Resolve technical or support issues;
• Protect the rights, property, or security of miine, its users, or others.

These rights remain in effect while your content remains on the platform, and may continue for a reasonable period after deletion where required for legal, security, or operational purposes.

8. PURCHASES AND AUTOMATICALLY RENEWING SUBSCRIPTIONS

miine may offer certain features, products, or services that require payment. These may include subscriptions, premium features, or digital items that provide additional functionality within the platform. Purchases may be made through the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or any other external service authorized by miine (each referred to as an External Service, and any purchase made through them referred to as an External Purchase). In some cases, miine may also allow payments directly within the platform using supported payment methods such as credit card, debit card, UPI, or other available methods (referred to as Internal Purchases).

Subscriptions may be offered on a recurring basis and may automatically renew unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to the subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, after which the subscription will expire. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your account. If you wish to remove your account completely, you must follow the account deletion process described in Section 9.

8a. External Service Purchases and Subscriptions

When you make a purchase through an External Service such as Google Play Store or Apple App Store, the payment will be charged to your account with that provider according to the terms shown at the time of purchase and the terms of the External Service. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your location.

If the purchase includes an automatically renewing subscription, the External Service account will continue to be charged at the selected interval until you cancel the subscription. To cancel, you must manage your subscription directly through your External Service account, even if you delete the miine app or deactivate your profile.

For example:

• For Google Play purchases, you must cancel through the Google Play subscription settings.
• For Apple purchases, you must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings.

miine does not control billing systems of external providers and cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

If you initiate a chargeback, dispute, or reverse a payment through an External Service, miine reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately. If the dispute is resolved in favor of miine, you may contact support to request account restoration.

Refund eligibility for External Purchases is subject to the policies of the External Service provider and any applicable laws.

8b. Internal Purchases and Subscriptions

If you make a purchase directly through the miine platform, you agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes or fees. You authorize miine to charge the payment method you provide.

If the purchase includes a recurring subscription, your payment method will be charged automatically at the agreed interval unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date. You may manage or cancel subscriptions through the account settings section of the app, if that option is available.

You may update or change your payment method in your account settings. If a payment fails, you authorize us to attempt to process the payment again using the same or updated payment information. You remain responsible for any unpaid charges.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or rejected, miine may suspend or terminate your account until the issue is resolved.

Refund eligibility for Internal Purchases is described in Section 8d.

8c. Digital Items and Premium Features

miine may offer digital or virtual items that provide additional features or benefits within the platform. These items are provided as limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and revocable licenses for use within the Services only.

Digital items do not represent real-world currency, do not have cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money. You may only obtain such items through miine or authorized partners. miine retains ownership of all digital items and may modify, remove, or discontinue them at any time without notice.

All purchases of digital items are final unless a refund is required by law. Digital items cannot be transferred to another user, sold, or exchanged outside the platform.

If your account is deleted, suspended, or terminated for any reason, you will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for unused digital items or subscription time.

8d. Refunds

All purchases are considered final once payment has been successfully completed, except where a refund is required by applicable law or allowed by the payment provider.

If permitted, a refund request must be made within a reasonable period after the purchase. A refund may be approved only if the purchased subscription or feature has not been used. Use of a subscription may include actions such as viewing profiles, sending messages, receiving messages, or updating account details.

If the purchase was made through an External Service such as Google Play or Apple App Store, refund requests must be submitted through that provider according to their policies.

If the purchase was made directly through miine, refunds may be issued at our discretion where permitted by law. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear depending on the payment provider.

If your account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for any purchase or subscription.

Subscription balances, digital items, or unused time do not have real-world monetary value and do not earn interest. Upon account deletion, miine may remove or cancel any remaining subscription benefits.

9. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

You may stop using the miine Services at any time. You may also deactivate or delete your account whenever you choose by using the account pause or deletion option available in the app settings, or by contacting support if the option is not available. Once your account is deactivated, your profile will no longer be visible to other users; and if deleted, you will lose access to the Services permanently.

Deactivating or Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active subscription purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or any other external service. If you purchased a subscription through an external provider, you must cancel the subscription directly through that provider to stop future charges. Removing the app or deactivating/deleting your account without cancelling the subscription may result in continued billing.

miine reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe that you have violated these Terms or used the Services in a way that may harm the platform or other users. This action may be taken for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Creating fake accounts or impersonating another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete profile information;
• Posting prohibited, offensive, or illegal content;
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users;
• Attempting scams, fraud, or financial exploitation;
• Using the platform for commercial, illegal, or unauthorized purposes;
• Attempting to hack, damage, or interfere with the Services;
• Repeatedly violating platform rules or community guidelines;
• Filing false reports or abusing reporting systems;
• Any activity that may put the safety of users or the platform at risk.

We may also suspend or terminate accounts if required by law, if requested by authorities, if needed for security reasons, or if we believe continued access to the Services could cause harm to miine, its users, or third parties. In some situations we may give a warning before taking action, but we are not required to do so.

If your account is suspended or terminated, you may lose access to your profile, messages, matches, subscriptions, and any digital items associated with your account. We are not responsible for restoring deleted accounts or recovering lost data.

If your account is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to any refund for subscriptions, digital items, or other purchases, except where required by applicable law.

miine may retain certain information after account deletion where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, or protect the safety of users. Any retained information will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

We may, at our sole discretion, allow a deactivated or suspended account to be reactivated, but we are not required to do so. Reactivation may require verification or additional checks.

These Terms will continue to apply even after your account is deleted to the extent necessary to enforce rights, resolve disputes, or comply with legal requirements.

10. NO BACKGROUND CHECKS AND USER RESPONSIBILITY

You understand and agree that miine does not conduct criminal background checks, identity verification, or screening of users by default. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information provided by users, including profile details, photos, age, or personal descriptions. The platform is intended to allow users to connect with each other, and all interactions are done at your own risk.

miine makes no representations or warranties about the behavior, identity, intentions, or reliability of any user. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether the interaction happens on the platform or outside of it. This includes conversations, meetings, exchanges of information, or any other form of communication between users.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You should always use good judgment and take appropriate precautions when communicating with someone you do not know. This is especially important if you decide to share personal information or arrange to meet another user in person.

miine may, in the future, introduce optional verification features, profile badges, or other tools intended to improve trust between users. However, such features do not guarantee that a user is truthful, safe, or verified in any legal sense. Any badge, indicator, or verification mark shown on a profile is only based on limited checks and should not be considered a guarantee of identity.

You agree that miine is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or dispute that may result from interactions with other users. This includes situations such as fraud, harassment, misleading information, or unsafe behavior.

We encourage users to follow basic safety practices, including:

• Do not share sensitive personal information too quickly;
• Do not send money to people you do not know;
• Be careful when moving conversations outside the platform;
• Meet in public places when meeting someone for the first time;
• Report suspicious or abusive behavior immediately.

miine may use automated systems, moderation tools, or manual review to detect harmful behavior, but we do not guarantee that all violations will be detected or prevented.

By using the Services, you accept full responsibility for your interactions and agree that you use the platform at your own risk.

11. COMMUNICATIONS AND NOTIFICATIONS

By creating an account on miine, you agree that we may send you communications related to your use of the Services. These communications may be sent through in-app notifications, email, SMS, or other electronic methods that you provide to us. Such communications are considered part of the normal operation of the platform and are necessary for providing the Services.

miine does not send unsolicited telemarketing calls. Any communication we send will be related to your account, your activity, or the operation of the Services. If messaging through additional platforms such as messaging apps or similar services is introduced in the future, it will be done in accordance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy.

If you no longer wish to receive non-essential messages, you may adjust your notification settings or stop using the Services. However, certain communications will still be sent as long as your account remains active.

We do not guarantee that the Services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors. The platform may occasionally experience technical issues, maintenance interruptions, delays, or failures that are outside our control. We do not guarantee that any defects will be corrected immediately or that the platform will always function without problems.

miine does not guarantee that you will find matches, receive messages, or have successful interactions with other users. We also do not guarantee the number of active users at any time or the compatibility between users. The platform only provides tools that allow users to connect, and the outcome of those connections depends on the users themselves.

We do not verify the accuracy of information provided by users and we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, or behavior of any person on the platform. Users may provide incorrect, misleading, or false information, and you agree that you interact with other users at your own risk. miine is not responsible for any disputes, misunderstandings, or problems that may occur between users, whether on the platform or outside of it.

You understand that any content you see on the platform is provided by users or generated by the system, and miine is not responsible for offensive, inaccurate, or inappropriate content posted by others. Although we may use moderation tools, automated systems, or manual review to monitor content, we do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected or removed.

Any material downloaded or obtained through the Services is accessed at your own risk. We are not responsible for damage to your device, software, data, or internet connection that may result from using the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, viruses, unauthorized access, technical failures, data loss, or service interruptions.

miine is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or harm resulting from your use of the Services, including interactions, communications, or meetings with other users. You agree that you use the platform voluntarily and at your own risk.

miine does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. If you choose to access a third-party website or service through a link provided on the platform, you do so at your own risk. Any interaction, transaction, or agreement between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.

You understand and agree that miine is not responsible for:

• The accuracy or reliability of third-party content;
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party services;
• Payments or transactions made outside the platform;
• Offers, promotions, or advertisements shown in the app;
• External websites linked from the Services.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies, and you are responsible for reviewing them before using those services.

miine may show advertisements as part of the free version of the platform. Some paid features may reduce advertisements, but we do not guarantee that the platform will be completely free of ads unless explicitly stated.

You agree that:

• Any legal dispute will be handled under Indian law;
• The courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction;
• You will not bring claims in any other jurisdiction unless required by law.

Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through arbitration instead of court proceedings. If arbitration is used, it will take place in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, and will follow the applicable laws of India.

Nothing in this section prevents miine from seeking temporary or permanent legal relief in any court of competent jurisdiction if necessary to protect the platform, enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, protect intellectual property, or maintain the security of the Services.

17. INDEMNITY BY YOU

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless miine, its owner, affiliates, developers, partners, employees, licensors, and service providers from and against any complaints, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

This includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:

• Any content you upload, post, or share on the Services;
• Your interaction with other users, whether on or off the platform;
• Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Your infringement of the rights of another person;
• Your use of false information or impersonation;
• Your misuse of verification features or profile badges;
• Your involvement in fraud, scams, or illegal activity.

By accessing or using the miine Services through the mobile application, website, or any other platform provided by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or policies that may apply to specific features of the Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms means that you accept the revised Terms.

You may not transfer or assign your account or any rights granted to you under these Terms to another person without our permission. miine may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms if the platform, business, or ownership is sold, merged, or transferred to another entity.

In the event that miine or any part of its Services is acquired, merged, or transferred to another company, these Terms will continue to apply and will remain binding on both you and the new owner.

Failure by miine to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.

These Terms will remain in effect even after your account is deleted, to the extent necessary to enforce rights, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
